Leading Bloomfield Hall with Care, Integrity & Purpose
The Executive Board is responsible for the day-to-day leadership of Bloomfield Hall Schools, ensuring that the organisation runs smoothly, ethically, and in line with its educational mission.
Working closely with school leadership teams across the network, the Executive Board translates the vision set by the Board of Directors into practical policies, academic standards, and operational excellence. All Executive Board members remain fully accountable to the Board of Directors.
What the Executive Board Does
The Executive Board is entrusted with:
- Implementing policies approved by the Board of Directors
- Providing strategic and operational leadership across all campuses
- Ensuring academic quality, student well-being, and institutional consistency
- Upholding ethical standards, transparency, and good governance
- Supporting school leaders, teachers, and staff in delivering excellence

Oversees academic standards, curriculum delivery, and administrative excellence across the school network.

Ali Raza Elahi
Manages financial stewardship, sustainability, and responsible growth to support long-term educational goals.
Director – Marketing & Publications
Olivia Qasir
Guides brand communication, outreach, and engagement with parents and the wider community, whilst also overseeing editorial publications, ensuring quality, clarity, and alignment with educational values.
Director – Bloomfield Hall Publications
Angela Williams
Oversees the quality and academic integrity of all books produced by Bloomfield Hall Publications, ensuring consistency, clarity, and high academic standards across the growing catalogue of educational titles.
