Guiding Bloomfield Hall’s Vision & Values

The Board of Directors (BoD) is the highest governing body of Bloomfield Hall Schools (Private Limited). It provides strategic leadership and ensures that the school system continues to grow with integrity, purpose, and a strong commitment to educational excellence.


The Board holds ultimate responsibility for the school’s long-term vision, major policies, expansion plans, financial stewardship, and overall governance. Every major decision is guided by what is best for students, parents, and the wider Bloomfield Hall community.

Olivia Qasir

Olivia Qasir has been part of Bloomfield Hall Schools’ leadership since 2019, serving at the Head Office as Director of Marketing & Publications. She has also taught History, English, and English Literature within the Bloomfield Hall system and has contributed to several books published by Bloomfield Hall Publications, supporting curriculum development and academic resources across the network.

 

Her work focuses on academic integrity, and advancing Bloomfield Hall’s commitment to progressive, high-quality education.

Faraz Qasir

LLB (Hons) (University of London)

Faraz Qasir has a long and deeply rooted association with Bloomfield Hall Schools. He was among the first students to join Bloomfield Hall in 1984 and was part of the first A Level graduating batch of University College Lahore, giving him a unique, lifelong perspective on the institution’s educational journey.

After completing his legal studies abroad, he worked with two eminent legal figures—Justice (Retd.) Syed Najam ul Hassan Kazmi and the late Mr Ahmed Waheed Khan—before joining The Institute of Legal Studies (TILS) in 2005. He currently serves as Director Academics at TILS.

Faraz has also assisted Mr Nadeem Qasir in the writing of several Bloomfield Hall publications, contributing to the academic foundations and curriculum resources of the school system.

Ali Raza Elahi

An alumnus of Bloomfield Hall Schools, Ali Raza Elahi is an education sector leader and strategic executive with extensive experience in institutional management, financial leadership, and large-scale educational expansion.


After serving in the public sector as Assistant Director at the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA), he joined Bloomfield Hall Schools in 2007. Since then, he has played a pivotal role in shaping the strategic and financial direction of the organisation as Director Finance & Growth, working closely with the late Mr. Nadeem Qasir to advance Bloomfield Hall’s long-term vision.


In 2025, he spearheaded the launch of Bloomfield Hall’s franchise initiative, expanding access to quality education through franchise campuses across the country.


He also serves as Chief Executive Officer of Bloomfield Hall Management Systems (BHMS), where he leads institutional expansion and growth initiatives.


In addition, Ali Raza oversees Public–Private Partnership programmes (PSSP and PSRP) awarded to BHMS by the Government of Punjab, under which more than 400 schools operate across remote and underserved regions—significantly improving access to quality education for underprivileged communities throughout the province.
